Qualifications

• Experience creating accurate, easy-to-understand reports.
• Advanced Excel: functions, pivot tables, lookups, charts.
• Experience pulling information from multiple systems.
• Experience modifying forms in Adobe Acrobat.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 in a business setting.
• Experience building dashboards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull data from multiple systems.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Maintain HR data in database (Kintone).
• Update forms using Adobe Acrobat.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps.
• Organize shared files and templates.
• Provide light project management support.
• Maintain project lists and deadlines.
• Prepare meeting materials and templates.
• Document processes and procedures.
• Assist staff with basic IT questions.
• Coordinate with outside IT for escalations.
• Assist colleagues with technology usage.
