Premier Health Partners in Dayton is seeking an Image Prep Rep/Image Prep Tech to support radiology workflows. You will train staff, assist radiologists, and manage image loading and distribution across facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level of Education Required: High School completion / GED
• Preferred educational qualifications: Associates Degree
• Experience managing customer service issues and resolving them or escalating to appropriate level through the chain of command.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training of new staff members, including radiologists, in the workflow of the department.
• Report to Administrative Manager; collaborate with technologists and radiologists.
• Prioritize images to be read, receive call reports, and report interpretations to providers.
• Load images from outside facilities and distribute Premier images to outside facilities.
• Be the sole operator in the Image Service Center during 2nd/3rd weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and standards regarding quality and customer satisfaction.
