Job summary

GrowthAssistant, LLC is hiring a Creative Asset Management Specialist to stand up and run a high-volume digital asset library for a digital-first personal finance company. You will shape taxonomy, metadata, and workflows, partnering with designers and tech stakeholders to build scalable DAM systems.

This remote role emphasizes data hygiene, versioning, and documentation as the library scales to 80+ stakeholders and dozens of active projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a Digital Asset Management platform and asset management.
• Experience building taxonomy, metadata, tagging, categorization, permissions and access.
• Experience supporting DAM buildouts or migrations, not just retrieval.
• Understanding of creative workflows including file types, versions, and outputs; familiarity with Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Ability to translate designer and stakeholder needs into organized systems.
• Experience managing high volumes of assets with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• DAM Buildout & Administration: support buildout and ongoing administration of the DAM environment.
• Taxonomy & Metadata: establish and maintain taxonomy, metadata, tagging, naming conventions, categories.
• Asset Ingestion: upload, categorize, map, and maintain digital assets.
• Permissions & Access: configure and maintain asset permissions and usage rules.
• Creative Partnership: collaborate with designers and creative tech to translate needs into the DAM structure.
• Versioning & Library Hygiene: manage versioning and remove duplicates or miscategorized assets.
• Process Documentation: document DAM processes and best practices.
• Downstream Ecosystem: ensure assets and metadata are organized for downstream workflows.
