Job summary

milkrite | InterPuls Inc is seeking a Dairy Automation & Applications Specialist in the United States. This remote/field-based role involves traveling to dairy farms and distributor locations to deliver training, install, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-controlled systems across our Americas network.

You will engage with distributors and customers, identify opportunities for upselling, and contribute to product improvements while supporting field performance and customer success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechatronic) or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in automation and control systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electronics, PLC-controlled systems, and troubleshooting.
• Experience training or supporting distributors or partners.
• Willingness to travel extensively across America.
• Fluently communicate verbally and written in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training to distributors and partners to strengthen product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Develop and implement training programs and materials tailored to partner needs.
• Support distributors in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting best practices.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during technical interactions.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems.
• Support commissioning, startup, and optimization of capital equipment.
• Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and system optimization at customer locations.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, partners, and dairy producers.
