milkrite | InterPuls is seeking a Dairy Automation & Applications Specialist to join our Americas team in a remote/field-based capacity. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, training, and customer success across distributors and end users in the USA.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automation, an associate degree in a related field, and strong PLC and troubleshooting skills. Travel across America is expected, with English fluency required and a focus on dairy farm technology and customer

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in engineering/electronics/mechatronics is preferred.
3+ years in automation and control systems engineering.
Experience training or supporting distributors or partners.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Willingness to travel extensively across the Americas.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical training to distributors and partners to strengthen product knowledge and service capabilities.
Develop and implement training programs and materials for partners.
Support distributors in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting best practices.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during technical interactions.
Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems.
