Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking a DAF365 JML Lead Engineer (Study 3) with a Secret clearance to drive ABAC-based identity provisioning. This remote role focuses on architecture, attribute schemas, and end-to-end workflows connecting Okta UD with Microsoft Entra ID via SCIM and Graph API.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in DoD/Federal IAM, strong Okta/Entra ID expertise, and hands-on experience with JML lifecycle processes, ABAC, and enterprise provisioning automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in identity and access management engineering in DoD or Federal environments.
• Hands-on experience designing ABAC‑driven provisioning workflows in Okta UD integrated with Microsoft Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, workflow design, and architecture for DAF ICAM JML study efforts.
• Define attribute schemas and ABAC rules for joiner, mover, leaver events.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure technically precise, actionable study outputs.
