Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an experienced CDO-L Study Lead Engineer to support DoD ICAM initiatives. The role focuses on extending secure ICAM capabilities into contested and edge environments, with a 120-day study window and a requirement for a final Secret clearance.

The candidate will lead architectural analyses, assess edge components such as OAG and TIBA, and develop an implementation roadmap and CDRL outputs for a potential follow-on Task Order.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in systems engineering or identity and access management in government IT environments.
• Experience with DoD ATO process and security accreditation requirements.
• Active Secret security clearance (final adjudication before assignment).

Responsibilities

• Lead structured review of DoD ICAM requirements and map to existing DAF components.
• Conduct gap analyses between current ICAM and CDO-L needs for architectural guidance.
• Evaluate approved ICAM solutions for applicability to DAF CDO-L requirements.
• Architect options for on-premise replication or edge identity caching across states.
