Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Okta Support Engineer with a Secret Clearance to support ICAM IAM solutions for our government clients. The role is remote and requires hands-on Okta administration, SSO/MFA configurations, and strong security focus.

You will work with security teams and government stakeholders to ensure secure access, maintain documentation, and support audits while adhering to federal guidelines and NIST standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Okta IAM administration and support.
• Active Secret Clearance required with federal experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer Okta platform: user lifecycle, app integrations, authentication policies.
• Troubleshoot ICAM incidents and SLA-driven service requests.
• Configure SSO, MFA, Universal Directory, Lifecycle Management, and API Access Management.
• Integrate Okta with AD/LDAP, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
• Onboard/offboard users and applications; monitor health and logs.
• Collaborate with security/compliance to meet NIST and Zero Trust standards.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and runbooks; support audits and changes.
