Falcon IT and Staffing Solutions seeks an ICAM Engineer to join our Fort Meade, MD program in an onsite role. You will act as the Ping Identity SME, supporting IL-5/IL-6 programs with credential management, directory services, and IAM integrations across DoD environments.

The ideal candidate has a strong ICAM background, DoD experience, and hands-on expertise in SAML/OIDC, PKI, and Azure AD. Excellent communication and leadership are essential for collaboration with stakeholders.

Formación

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• 10+ years of technical ICAM experience across multiple products.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification required (e.g., Security+, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP).
• Experience with SAML/OIDC federation, OAuth/SCIM, LDAP integrations, and partner identity connections.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as ICAM SME for Azure-based DoD environments and implement enterprise systems.
• Monitor, configure, test, and maintain directory services and system management tools.
• Develop and integrate ICAM solutions, automation, and security controls.
• Support ICAM migrations, IAM tooling, and enterprise directory integration across environments.
• Prepare technical documentation and executive summaries on ICAM architecture and policy.
