Job summary

Mom's Meals seeks a Manager for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, development, and ongoing support of the D365 F&O platform. You will build and lead a high-performing engineering organization delivering scalable ERP solutions and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to enable growth.

The role requires hands-on technical knowledge and strategic thinking, with a focus on governance, DevOps, and secure, reliable systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
10+ years in enterprise software engineering, ERP, or technology delivery.
7+ years in engineering leadership, architecture, or management roles.
Proven experience leading large-scale D365 F&O implementations, integrations, upgrades, and engineering initiatives.
Strong experience with X++, D365 F&O extensions, data entities, integrations, and technical architecture.
Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and engineering governance.
Experience managing engineering teams, budgets, vendors, and delivery roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the D365 F&O engineering strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Lead the architecture, development, implementation, and enhancement of D365 F&O solutions.
Oversee X++ development, extensions, and data entities with best practices.
Drive scalable, secure ERP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
Lead integrations between D365 F&O and enterprise systems using APIs, Azure, and modern integration technologies.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Oversee D365 F&O implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and modernization initiatives.
Establish engineering standards, governance, and KPIs.
Drive DevOps adoption, CI/CD, automated testing, and release management.
Ensure quality, performance, security, and reliability of the platform.
Lead production support, incident management, and continuous improvement.
Build and develop a high-performing D365 F&O engineering organization.
Recruit, mentor, and retain engineering managers, architects, and leads.
Define team structure, budgets, resources, and delivery commitments.
Manage engineering risks, dependencies, and delivery quality.
Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
Manage relationships with Microsoft, SI partners, and vendors.
Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and investments to executives.
Foster innovation and business value through the D365 F&O platform.
