You will lead the ERP team, prioritize work, manage partners, and drive successful releases that keep the platform performant and aligned with financial and operational goals. You will guide ERP analysts, developers, and business stakeholders, translating needs into practical ERP configurations, data migrations, and process

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership of a D365 F&O environment.
• Strong coordination with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations.
• Experience delivering ERP rollouts and upgrades.
• Experience managing ERP implementation or support partners.

Responsibilities

• Own D365 production performance, environment health, and releases.
• Lead ERP analysts, developers, and support resources; balance priorities.
• Translate business needs into practical ERP solutions and configurations.
• Own and prioritize the ERP backlog, drive user adoption and training.
• Lead ERP implementations, multi-entity rollouts, data migrations, and go-lives.
• Oversee D365 integrations and data quality initiatives.
• Manage partners against scopes, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain change controls, access security, and incident response.
