Job summary

Mom’s Meals seeks a Manager of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, development, and support of the D365 F&O platform. You will build a high‑performing engineering organization delivering scalable ERP solutions and partnering with stakeholders to enable growth.

This role can be remote with occasional travel to our Ankeny, IA HQ; immigration sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise software engineering, ERP, or technology delivery.
• 7+ years with Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership, architecture, or management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale D365 F&O implementations & integrations.
• Strong X++, D365 F&O extensions, data entities, integrations, and architecture.
• Experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, SDLC, governance.
• Leadership in budgeting, vendor management, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the D365 F&O engineering strategy and roadmap.
• Lead architecture, development, implementation, and enhancements.
• Oversee X++ development, extensions, and best practices.
• Drive scalable, secure ERP solutions across modules.
• Lead integrations between D365 F&O and enterprise systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
• Oversee implementations, upgrades, and modernization.
• Establish engineering standards and governance.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and releases.
• Ensure quality, performance, security, and reliability.
• Lead production support, incident analysis, and improvements.
• Develop and mentor engineering teams and leaders.
• Define team structure, KPIs, and budgets.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and scope.
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regs.
• Manage relationships with Microsoft, partners, and vendors.
