Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a hands-on D365 ERP Manager to own Dynamics 365 F&O, lead ERP team, and drive operations across locations.

You will manage production performance, oversee releases, data migrations, integrations, and partner with Finance, Purchasing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with D365 F&O.
• Experience leading ERP teams/workstreams.
• Successful ERP rollout/upgrade delivery.
• Experience coordinating ERP implementations and migrations.
• Strong change management and executive stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own D365 production performance, environment health, releases, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Lead ERP analysts, developers, and support resources; balance support, enhancements, and project priorities.
• Translate business needs into practical ERP solutions across configuration and process improvements.
• Own and prioritize the ERP backlog, drive user adoption and training.
• Lead ERP implementations, entity and regional rollouts, data migrations, cutovers, go-lives, and hypercare.
• Oversee D365 integrations; partner with BI/Data teams and support data quality and reporting.
• Manage implementation and support partners against scopes of work, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain change controls, access, audit readiness, incident response, service metrics, and recovery procedures.
