Job summary

MCA Connect is seeking a D365 CE Technical Solution Architect (Technical Lead) to own the technical design and delivery integrity of enterprise CE/CX solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and related platforms. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business outcomes into scalable, secure Microsoft Business Applications solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Microsoft Power Platform administration.
Deep understanding of Dataverse security, business units, teams, roles, field-level security, auditing, data model design, and environment strategy.
Experience designing integrations using APIs, Azure Integration Services, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, dataflows, virtual tables, Dual-write where appropriate, and/or third-party middleware.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint document integration, Outlook integration, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric concepts as they relate to CE/CX programs.
Ability to communicate architecture decisions to executives, business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery leadership in plain business language.
Recommended certifications: PL‑600 equivalent/successor path where applicable, PL‑400, PL‑200, MB‑280 or relevant D365 CE credentials, and Azure fundamentals or architecture credentials.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical architecture for D365 CE and Power Platform programs, including solution topology and ALM.
Own technical design authority across configuration, custom code, plug-ins, APIs, Power Automate, and Azure services.
Partner with functional architects to convert business capabilities into scalable solution components.
Define and govern ALM, DevOps, branching, release management, and automated deployment.
Establish Azure DevOps expectations for work-item traceability and environment promotion.
Provide technical leadership to consultants, engineers, offshore teams, and client resources.
Identify delivery risks early by assessing integration, data migration, security, and performance.
