Job summary

MCA Connect, LLC is seeking a D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant within Managed Services. Remote role with up to 30% travel, focusing on maximizing value from Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform post go-live.

You will lead requirements, design, and enhancements while guiding client stakeholders and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include configuring Dataverse, model-driven apps, and Power Automate, plus oversight of releases and testing.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE and related CE modules.
Experience supporting post-go-live environments and client communication.
Hands-on config of Dataverse and model-driven apps.
Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Pages integration.
Experience translating business needs into user stories and specs.
Familiar with ALM across dev/test/prod environments.
Strong problem solving, documentation, and stakeholder skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and budgets.

Responsibilities

Manage functional support and enhancement work for multiple client environments.
Lead requirements and solution-design discussions for post-go-live work.
Configure CE and Power Platform capabilities, including Dataverse, forms, views, and workflows.
Coordinate with sales, service, and insights teams based on client needs.
Prepare design documents, process flows, and user stories; maintain traceability.
Guide clients through releases and upgrade cycles; ensure testing readiness.
