Job summary

R2 Global is seeking a D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Practice Lead to own the CRM consulting practice and drive its growth. You will shape strategy, cultivate client relationships, and lead a small team of consultants.

The role covers leading delivery across D365 CE modules, overseeing proposals and solution design, and mentoring architects and developers. It offers ownership, P&L, and bonuses as the practice expands.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE or similar CRM solutions.
• Experience building or leading a CRM consulting practice.
• Strong knowledge of Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights.
• Understanding core CRM processes and end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Proven leadership in consulting, delivery, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall D365 CE practice strategy and growth.
• Drive business development, presales, and proposals.
• Oversee end-to-end D365 CE implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Advise clients on CRM strategy and digital transformation roadmaps.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow the consulting team.
