Job summary

Workwell Global (WWG) is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of D365 CE and the client/worker portal within a strategic transformation programme. You will run multiple workstreams, coordinate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, and ensure releases are ready for go‑live and hypercare.

Reporting to the Group Programme Manager, you will balance delivery with group portfolio demands, govern RAID logs, and maintain detailed delivery plans while collaborating with

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end‑to‑end delivery of the D365 CE and custom portal projects, running multiple concurrent workstreams including CRM functional configuration/ development, portal development, integrations, data migration, and business readiness.
• Maintain a consolidated Project delivery roadmap with milestones, critical path visibility, and phase‑gate criteria agreed with leaders.
• Run Agile delivery ceremonies, sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring a well‑prepared backlog.
• Create and track delivery plans including sprint plans, dependency maps, data migration and testing schedules, and training plans.
• Manage resource capacity across workstreams and secure allocation to hit milestones.
• Produce regular project status reports and RAID logs with mitigation plans and governance updates.
• Coordinate with other units to ensure changes are aligned and do not destabilise operations.
• Own change management, business readiness, and post‑go‑live sustainment for D365 CE and portal.
