• Coordinate and mentor cross‑functional delivery teams including consultants, architects, developers, and QA.
• Own project governance: RAID management, communication plans, steering-level reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strengthen and standardize delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices across the organization.
• Partner closely with senior architects and the MVP to ensure technical alignment and solution integrity.
• Support resource planning, project forecasting, and delivery optimization across multiple concurrent engagements.

This team delivers high-quality Business Central and Finance & Operations projects across multiple industries and includes some of the strongest technical talent in the ecosystem, including a Microsoft MVP. This role is ideal for a delivery leader who excels at coordinating expert teams, and brings structure, clarity, and confidence to complex ERP programs.

Role Overview

The D365 Delivery Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of Business Central and D365 F&O implementations, ensuring projects run smoothly, predictably, and to the highest standards. You'll manage cross-functional teams, drive delivery governance, and act as the central point of alignment between clients, consultants, architects, and leadership.

The position is fully remote within the United States, with occasional optional travel for key workshops or client sessions.
