Job summary

SkyePoint Decisions seeks a Training Lead to support the DoED FSA CPSS program in Washington, DC. The role focuses on cybersecurity workforce development, competency assessments, LMS management, and reporting across DoED teams.

You will design online courses, develop job aids, track compliance, and continuously improve training to meet evolving policies and mission needs. Remote work is available for this contingent position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Cybersecurity, IT, Education/Training, Instructional Design, or related field.
8+ years in cybersecurity/technical training, workforce development, instructional design, LMS, or program support.
3+ years leading cybersecurity/technical training and workforce development.
Experience designing and developing online courses, training materials, and assessments.
Knowledge of adult-learning principles and translating policies into training for technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead cybersecurity workforce development, training, competency assessments, and compliance programs.
Oversee work-role identification, skills assessments, CSPA, RBT, LMS administration, training reporting, and dashboards.
Manage full training lifecycle from needs assessment to evaluation and continuous improvement.
Administer recurring cybersecurity/privacy and compliance training across multiple groups.
Design and develop online courses, presentations, job aids, reference materials, and assessments.
