Job summary

SkyePoint Decisions seeks a Cyber and Risk Management Lead to support a federal customer. This remote role directs enterprise IT and cybersecurity risk management, risk identification, assessment, monitoring, mitigation, compliance, and reporting for senior leadership.

You will apply COSO ERM, ISO 31000, and federal risk requirements to develop risk dashboards, RARs, and KRIs/KPIs, coordinating with risk owners and process owners to close gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Risk Management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in enterprise risk management, cybersecurity/IT risk, information assurance, governance or compliance.
• Senior professional certification such as CISSP or equivalent.
• Experience leading major cybersecurity or risk assignments and interfacing with senior government/client leadership.
• Expert knowledge of risk assessment, risk registers, likelihood/impact scoring, KRIs/KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Ability to obtain a 6c Public Trust; active Secret clearance preferred; U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience improving risk processes, tools, dashboards, and automation; coordinating with owners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and division risk assessments through stakeholder interviews and incidents, audits, and operations.
• Maintain enterprise risk register; apply likelihood/impact scoring; monitor KRIs/KPIs and mitigation actions.
• Develop Risk Assessment Reports (RARs) and ERM dashboards; provide executive risk reporting.
• Evaluate policies, controls, and compliance; coordinate risk liaisons to define and validate actions.
• Provide ERM guidance, templates, and deadlines to stakeholders; ensure consistent risk identification and reporting.
• Improve ERM procedures, dashboards, and automation; benchmark against COSO ISO and federal requirements.
