Job summary

Team Cymru is seeking a skilled Training & Curriculum Designer to build the Team Cymru Academy from the ground up. You will design role-based learning paths for Threat Intel Analysts, SOC/IR teams, CTI Leads, and platform specialists, with hands-on labs aligned to real-world scenarios.

You’ll deliver live virtual and on-site sessions, coach analysts, and manage the LMS, content production, and program measurement, contributing to adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Cybersecurity with hands-on CTI, threat hunting, SOC or IR experience.
• 2+ years designing and delivering technical training for external audiences.
• Demonstrated experience creating technical training content: courses, labs, exercises, or workshops.
• Experience administering or building on an LMS and using course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Camtasia) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design role-based learning paths for CTI Analysts, SOC/IR, CTI Leads, and platform specialists.
• Deliver live virtual and in-person training from fundamentals to advanced threat hunting.
• Manage the Academy's LMS, learning paths, enrollments, and learner support.
• Track program KPIs and gather learner feedback to improve content and delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align training with roadmaps.
