Job summary

TCM Security + Educate 360 is seeking a Red Team Course Creator to join our content team on a remote contract basis. You will update the Practical Ethical Hacker course, develop new red team labs, and expand hands-on training aligned with our cybersecurity roadmap.

You will collaborate with product managers and SMEs, engage with the community via Discord or YouTube, and help translate complex offensive concepts into accessible trainings for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in red team operations, penetration testing, or adversary simulation.
• 1+ year of teaching / training experience (modality-agnostic) (preferred).
• Ability to work 20-40 hours per week (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design and produce new red team training content for multiple delivery formats (on-demand and live training).
• Update or overhaul existing courses, labs, or certifications that start to show their age.
• Develop hands-on labs replicating advanced adversary campaigns, post-exploitation, and persistence methods.
• Collaborate with the product manager and SMEs to align new courses with the cybersecurity roadmap.
• YouTube & Social Content Creation (optional, up to 20%): Create engaging livestreams, YouTube videos, and social media content showcasing your offensive expertise.
• Provide technical breakdowns of offensive security concepts, such as exploits, red team tradecraft, and complex attack paths
