Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of sales engineering experience or equivalent.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Experienced in endpoint or network security space (AV/EDR/IR/forensics/SIEM).
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements with the sales team and design solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support through the sales process, including demos.
• Prepare technical proposals and respond to RFPs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on roadmap feedback.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on security trends.
• Develop technical marketing materials to support sales efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
