Job summary
SailPoint is seeking a Cybersecurity Services Senior Leader to own the services portion of deals, oversee delivery profitability, and partner with sales through pre- and post-sales cycles. You will coordinate with RMO to allocate cybersecurity staff resources and may provide project management for customer engagements.
The role supports telecommuting from a U.S. home office and includes a compensation package with potential bonuses and equity participation.
Qualifications
- College degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Seven years of experience in cybersecurity software development with focus on IAM systems.
- Experience leading projects using Waterfall or Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the services portion of deals, including proposals and SOWs.
- Be senior point of contact for client escalations and project profitability.
- Coordinate with Sales during pre- and post-sales delivery phases and with the Resource Management Office.
- Provide occasional cybersecurity project management for customer engagements.
