SailPoint is seeking a Cybersecurity Control Analyst for a US-based remote role that requires in-person interviews. You will drive control assessments and the compliance program across standards like NIST, ISO, and SOC, partnering with engineering, IT, and compliance teams to translate complex requirements into actionable insights.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of related professional experience in Security, Risk, and Compliance.
• Strong understanding of industry security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO, FAIR, OWASP, and CIS.
• Working knowledge of compliance frameworks including ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOX, GDPR, and FedRAMP.
• Proven experience conducting control tests, developing control recommendations, and producing executive-level reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Cybersecurity control assessments and the compliance program across applicable standards and policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate complex control requirements into actionable business insights.
• Lead prep work and advisory sessions for control testing rounds with technical and business partners.
• Drive enhancements to the control testing process and contribute to the overall security program.
