SailPoint is seeking a Cybersecurity Control Analyst to lead control assessments and support the company’s compliance program. You will collaborate with the CISO team and stakeholders to translate control requirements into actionable insights.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, experience with security frameworks, and the ability to drive improvements in risk posture for SailPoint’s SaaS and enterprise platforms, with a remote-first environment and in-person interviews.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Security, Risk, and Compliance.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO, FAIR, OWASP, CIS).
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOX, GDPR, and FedRAMP.
• Proven experience conducting control tests, developing recommendations, and producing executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Drive Cybersecurity control assessments and compliance program improvements.
