Job summary

Blackpoint Cyber is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to connect Sales, CS, and TS with scalable enablement programs. The role focuses on onboarding, content creation, and coaching, using AI tools to keep teams informed and productive.

Based in the US with a preference for Denver‑hybrid candidates, you will lead competitive updates, market awareness, and continuity of sales methodologies across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, training or similar technical role.
• Deep understanding of cyber security products and trends.
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new GTM hires with product messaging and context.
• Translate content into sales language for BDRs, AEs, and AMs.
• Provide ongoing coaching and run lightweight certifications.
• Maintain up‑to‑date enablement content and tools onboarding materials.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify training gaps and priorities.
