Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or professional consulting experience.
• Experience developing and delivering training on cybersecurity topics.
• Ability to partner cross-functional with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience supporting customer-facing communications during security events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Management, Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate communications that strengthen customer trust.
• Develop clear technical and non-technical security communications and training.
• Aggregate data from multiple sources to support decisions.
• Advise on communications strategy and resolve blockers.
