Blue Yonder is seeking a Cybersecurity Customer Trust Program Manager to translate complex security topics into clear communications, training, and customer guidance. You will partner with security, presales, sales, and account teams to explain our security posture and coordinate incident communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or professional consulting experience.
• Experience developing and delivering training related to incident response, security awareness, or other cybersecurity topics.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to explain the organization’s security posture.
• Experience supporting customer-facing communications during security events or incidents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Management, Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate communication initiatives that strengthen customer trust and security transparency.
• Develop and deliver clear technical and non-technical communications, training, and educational materials related to incident response and security topics.
• Aggregate data from multiple sources to enable effective decision-making.
• Advise on communications strategy, manage unpredictable issues, and address blockers.
• Drive continuous improvement by embracing new tools, strategies, and processes.
• Track, analyze, and report on progress against goals and overall program health.
