Blue Yonder is seeking a Cybersecurity Customer Trust Programs Manager to translate cybersecurity topics into clear communications, training, and guidance for customers. You will coordinate with security, presales, sales, and account teams to explain security posture, assist with incident communications, and prepare teams for challenging conversations.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, program health tracking, and continuous improvement while operating in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or professional consulting experience.
• Experience developing and delivering training or educational content related to incident response or security awareness.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams to explain security posture clearly.
• Experience supporting customer-facing communications during security events or incidents.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate communication initiatives that strengthen customer trust and security transparency.
• Develop and deliver clear technical and non-technical communications and training materials related to incident response and security topics.
• Aggregate data from multiple sources to enable informed decision-making.
• Advise on communications strategy and manage blockers to progress.
• Track, analyze, and report on progress and program health.
