Job summary

Emprise Bank is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to strengthen our IT security program in Utah. You will lead vulnerability management, data loss prevention, identity and access management, vendor due diligence, and incident response to protect customer information and our operations.

This role requires meticulous, customer-focused work, strong collaboration with the security team and vendors, and the ability to translate threats into actionable improvements in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent education plus industry experience.
• Extensive knowledge of SIEM platforms, malware apps, threat detection and analysis, patch management, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with VMware, Hypervisor, Azure/AWS, and Office 365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability management, incident response, and threat remediation.
• Oversee identity and access management and least-privileged access.
• Develop and test DLP controls and vendor due diligence processes.
• Provide tier 3 end-user support and drive security improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and leadership on security program initiatives.
