Job summary

Empeople Credit Union is seeking an Information Security Analyst to contribute to and maintain its cyber security program. The role involves investigating incidents, coordinating with internal departments and third parties, and providing status updates to management.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of IT or Information Security experience and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, with experience in enterprise security tooling and cloud security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
• 3-5 years of IT or Information Security experience.
• Experience in enterprise security document creation and architecture design.

Responsibilities

• Review security logs and investigate anomalies.
• Handle incident response and coordinate with internal teams and third parties.
• Administer vulnerability management program and address discovered vulnerabilities.
• Contribute to security policies, procedures, and deployment of new security solutions.
• Prepare management reports and communicate security status to leadership.
