Converge Inc. is seeking a motivated claims professional to manage primary cyber first-party claims from notice through resolution in a fully remote position across the U.S. You will join a growing team with mentorship and a structured progression from supervised to independent handling.

Initial onboarding and licensing support lead to independent file handling, with collaboration across underwriting, products, and external vendors to achieve favorable outcomes and robust coverage letters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–5 years of related claims experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain adjuster licenses with company support.
• Strong attention to detail and risk assessment abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle a growing portfolio of primary cyber first-party claims from notice to resolution.
• Complete onboarding and mentorship transitioning to independent file handling.
• Analyze coverage issues and draft clear coverage letters and correspondence.
• Collaborate with underwriting, products, actuarial and risk teams on claims insights.
• Coordinate with external counsel and vendors for incident response and forensic support.
• Assist operations for efficient claim administration and data accuracy.
• Contribute to portfolio analysis and explain claim trends.
• Provide claims input on policy wordings and client solutions.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
