Cowbell Cyber is hiring a Claims Counsel to join our Claims team. You will adjust cyber claims and provide outstanding service to our clients, brokers, insureds and claimants, with a focus on coverage analysis, evaluation and timely disposition.

In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with internal teams, manage complex claims, prepare written and oral presentations, and help advance Cowbell’s innovative approach to cyber risk and insurance for SMEs across the US.

Formación

• Minimum 2–5 years of claims handling experience.
• 1 year cyber claims experience required.
• JD required and adjuster licenses are needed.

Responsabilidades

• Perform coverage analysis and letter writing; investigation; incident response; reserve adequacy and claim disposition.
• Proactively manage claims and litigation effectively while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Provide regular communication with customers, brokers, cross functional departments.
• Claim presentations, written and oral; obtain authority and/or formulate action plans on difficult claims.
• Market claim services and coordinate and participate in presentations to customers.
