Cowbell is seeking a Director, Claims to lead a team of cyber claims professionals, set goals, and develop strategies for timely adjudication of cyber claims. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and regulators to drive the claims process while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires 5+ years in cyber claims handling and at least 2 years in a leadership position, with strong coverage, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of cyber claims handling experience.
• 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong skills in coverage, claim evaluation and negotiation.
• Exceptional organizational and presentation skills.
• JD preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform claims handling and management tasks such as conducting coverage investigations and preparing coverage letters; management of external incident response teams; evaluation of coverage and liability issues; assessment of claims reserves; claims file maintenance; management of defense and coverage counsel; reinsurance reporting; and claim disposition.
