WorkMotion is a remote-first company enabling global teams to hire, onboard and manage talent. The Operations Associate in CX will bridge clients and seamless operations, handling invoice investigations, platform troubleshooting, and client education with precision.

You will analyze patterns in client queries, guide clients and internal teams, and maintain a clear, holistic view of multiple cases while staying empathetic and efficient in all interactions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in customer experience operations, financial support, or SaaS environments.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with data usage experience.
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear communication.
• Proactive ownership mindset and ability to follow through until resolution.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to build trust through clarity.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve invoice queries with precision and accountability.
• Manage client inquiries end-to-end by owning the problem until resolution.
• Analyse patterns and trends in client queries to identify gaps and improvements.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and guide clients through solutions to restore full functionality.
• Educate clients and internal teams by creating or updating knowledge documentation.
• Maintain a helicopter view across multiple ongoing client cases, prioritising effectively.
