Job summary

Jobgether presents a CX Operations Manager, Tooling position on behalf of a partner company, based in Spain. You will own and optimize CX platforms (Zendesk, Vitally) to enhance support and customer success operations.

Responsibilities include configuring workflows, automations, and integrations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first setting to drive measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience administering Zendesk or a comparable platform.
• Experience supporting CX operations with a strong tech-enabled focus.
• Experience owning technology initiatives from scoping to rollout and maintenance.
• Practical experience with workflow automation and low-code/no-code tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Zendesk, Vitally, and related CX platforms.
• Own intake, prioritization, and delivery of tooling requests.
• Design and maintain automations, triggers, and data flows to reduce manual work.
• Build and manage integrations using APIs, webhooks, and low-code tools.
• Test and validate platform changes before production deployment.
