Job summary

DaMar Staffing is seeking a remote CIRCC CVIR Coder to review and assign CPT and ICD-10-CM codes for cardiovascular interventional radiology procedures, ensuring precise billing and timely processing.

The role requires at least 3 years in acute care hospital outpatient surgical coding, with CVIR experience such as cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and stenting, and proficiency in EHR systems and coding software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of acute care hospital outpatient surgical coding experience.
• CVIR coding experience including cardiac caths, angioplasties, stents.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT coding, modifiers, NCCI, OCE edits.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and coding software.

Responsibilities

• Review and assign CPT and ICD-10-CM codes for CVIR procedures.
• Code complex outpatient hospital surgical and interventional radiology cases.
• Ensure billing compliance by applying correct CPT modifiers and resolving NCCI and OCE edits.
