Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide live and non-live support for digital solutions.
• Use admin tools to analyze customer issues.
• Troubleshoot system requirements related issues (OS, browsers, plugins, connectivity).
• Escalate issues requiring development/intervention.
• Log customer interactions accurately in a ticketing system.
• Provide clear written and verbal guidance to customers and partners.
