Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Customer Tech Analyst II for a remote, 12-month assignment. You will translate business needs into technical specs, support application releases, and ensure secure, high-performing systems while collaborating with developers, architects, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in IT systems analysis, hands-on SAP IS-U experience, and strong communication skills to drive solution delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• The candidate will have a BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT systems analysis, product analysis, or business analysis.
• Recent hands-on experience with SAP IS-U and related configurations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist the development team with application support activities, including quarterly releases, defect resolution, and change management processes.
• Collaborate across Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security to architect, build, and support integrations.
• Develop and amend technical specifications for delivery to the development team.
• Document integration of multiple systems including legacy applications.
• Communicate with stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Define and review technical specifications, flows, and related documentation.
• Collaborate to troubleshoot issues and maintain system performance and security.
• Stay current with technology trends and recommend new tools or approaches.
• Support continuous improvement in application support, release management, and requirements management.
