Job summary

Allied Resources Technical Consultants is seeking a Customer Tech Analyst for a 12-month contract to support digital transformation initiatives. You will partner with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to implement and support technology solutions across the organization.

The role includes gathering requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and creating design documentation.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, product analysis, or a similar technical role.
Recent hands-on experience with SAP IS-U.
Experience working in a solution delivery environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working with Azure DevOps and/or Jira.
Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart, or similar diagramming tools.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and documentation.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Support application releases, defect resolution, and change management activities.
Collaborate with Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Development teams to support application architecture and integrations.
Document integrations between new and legacy systems.
Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Create and maintain technical design documentation, process flows, and system diagrams.
Help identify and resolve technical challenges while supporting ongoing system improvements.
Research emerging technologies and industry trends.
