HomeExchange INC is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our Support Team. This full-time, work-from-home role operates on Saturdays to Wednesdays, impacting customer experience and product support.

You will identify members' needs, guide them through the platform, and resolve issues like cancellations and refunds. Ideal candidates have excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a passion for helping people in an international environment.

• Assist members in finding an exchange and enjoying their vacation.
• Create or participate in projects to continue improving HomeExchange.
