Destination Careers is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote travel team. The role offers flexible, part-time or full-time options and is based in the United States.

You will help clients with bookings, inquiries, and travel questions from a home office. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via email, phone, and chat; providing accurate booking information; troubleshooting issues; and escalating complex cases as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about travel bookings, itineraries, and policies
• Troubleshoot common client issues and escalate complex matters as needed
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supplier systems, policies, and procedures
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and support post-booking
• Log all communications accurately using internal systems
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy
