Job summary

HomeExchange is seeking a customer-focused team member for our USA team (remote). You will impact customer experience and our product by assisting members across the globe, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth platform use.

This is a full-time, work-from-home role with weekend coverage (Sat-Wed) and schedules aligned to West/East Coast hours. Prior customer service experience and language skills are advantageous.

• Calm and composed under pressure, triage high volume requests quickly.

Responsibilities

• Identify members' needs.
• Help members become experts using our platform.
• Respond to emails from members worldwide and resolve issues.
• Help members find an exchange and plan vacations.
• Create or participate in projects to drive platform innovation.
• Working hours: 9am-5:30pm West Coast, 12pm-8:30pm East Coast.
