Job summary

HelpfulRemote is seeking a remote Customer Support Specialist to assist both prospects and existing customers for speech-generating devices. You will handle non-product inquiries, perform Tier 1 troubleshooting for apps, accounts, and devices, and communicate via calls, email, and chat while tracking trends in the CRM.

Preferred candidates have a bachelor’s degree, HubSpot/CRM experience, and Spanish fluency. Must reside in the USA and travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Empathy for users with speech/language challenges.
• Proficiency with MS Office, VOIP, and Zoom.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; HubSpot/CRM experience helpful.
• Spanish fluency preferred.
