Responsibilities

• Assist consumers with online purchases, monitor order status, delivery/address issues, cancelling & modifying orders as required.
• Use the right business tools to inform customers about menu items, ingredients, allergies, promotions and services.
• Respond to customer complaints in a professional, empathetic, solution-oriented manner.
• Document all interactions in the customer service system and coordinate with restaurant personnel and delivery suppliers to resolve issues.
• Gather repeated questions from users to improve service quality and data accuracy.
