Job summary

IronMountain Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support for the U.S. Coast Guard National Maritime Center. This fully remote role requires the candidate to have a strong customer service background and exceptional communication skills.

As a representative, you will assist clients with the Merchant Mariner credentialing process through phone, email, and chat. Applicants must have a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant experience, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
