Job summary

Iron Mountain Solutions is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to support the U.S. Coast Guard National Maritime Center's Credentialing process. This fully remote, full-time role handles calls, email, and chat for mariners, the public, and stakeholders.

You will learn the laws and procedures quickly, apply strong written and spoken communication, and work to meet call center metrics. A Public Trust Clearance is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
