Empathy Talent is seeking a Customer Support Helpdesk Specialist to join a top Mid-Market within the Legal Technology sector. You will be the first point of contact, delivering world-class troubleshooting and technical support to clients while helping them maximize the value of their software.

This remote, permanent role in PST or MST time zones requires strong communication, problem solving, and CRM tool experience (Salesforce, Zendesk, and Dialpad).

Qualificações

• 2-4 years of customer support experience (phone, email, chat) including internships.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn software quickly and explain it clearly to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and support requests.
• Troubleshoot software issues and guide clients through product usage.
• Track and manage cases in CRM tools, escalating when needed.
• Gather customer feedback and contribute to KPI tracking like CSAT and AHT.
