Tivro Africa is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to act as the first point of contact for users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with operations and technical teams to provide efficient and empathetic support.

The role requires excellent English communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment with Nigerian-based preference.

Formación

• Experience in customer support or similar role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; other African languages a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
